Record-setting cyclist Jeff Bannink to speak on type 1 diabetes

Lance Armstrong isn’t the only cyclist who’s beat medical odds to race across the finish line. Michigan native Jeff Bannink helped Team Type 1 set a new record this year in the grueling 3,021-mile Race Across America. Bannink and his seven teammates all have Type 1 diabetes.
